Our camp has separate bunk areas for boys and girls, as well as tree houses and large tents for camper sleeping quarters. We have a large grassy field for games. The barn hosts the cows for milking as well as a wood shop with hand tools for supervised camper activities. We have a central activity building with a fireplace for rainy days and fireside stories. Our ceramics room has kick wheels and an electric kiln. Our pond has separate areas for experienced and new swimmers, as well as a separate area for kayaking, and we always have certified lifeguards on hand when campers are on or in the water. Twice a week, everyone hikes out to one of our cookout spots in our 200+ acres of woods and fields, and many other camp activities take place in the streams and on the trails throughout the property. Our gardens provide us with much of our produce during the summer, so we have many vegetable and berry patches in the sunny spots around the property, and campers help get their food from dirt to dinner. And that's just the start! We encourage visits by prospective campers and their families to come see JE for themselves.
