Many artists have spent time at JE. Helena Guindon is the most long-term and regular, having been part of the Journey’s End family since marrying Tim Curtis in 1984. Helena now makes the journey northward every summer, with Tim and their sons Silvio and Tulio, to spend the camp season far away from their home in Monteverde, Costa Rica.

While at Journey’s end, Helena has painted many favorite spots, such as the pond, the tipi, the barnyard, the hayfield and the donkey barn, as well as portraits of some of the resident animals. Her work is available for purchase in various forms. The farm currently has postcards in stock, and she also sells prints and originals.
